Overview

FIFA Ltd is part of the FIFA group, FIFA Ltd is a company registered in Scotland, which is part of the FIFA group of companies collectively referred to as “FIFA”, “we” or “us” in this policy. We are committed to maintaining your trust and confidence and maintaining the security of your data is a priority at FIFA. We respect your privacy rights and we handle your personal data fairly and legally at all times. We want you to know that FIFA Ltd. is not in the business of selling, renting or trading personal information and data is solely used to enable us to serve you. In this PRIVACY POLICY we provide lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. This policy protects you whether you meet with us in person, use a computer or mobile device to access our websites, or submit information to us via mail, customer surveys or through APPS we have developed.

Wi-Fi

When you use FIFA Wi-Fi, we may collect data about:

  • a) your device
  • b) the volume of data which you use
  • c) the websites and applications which you access
  • d) your usage by access time, frequency and location.

Security Cameras

We have posted signs on our premises to inform you that we are using CCTV for the safety of our staff and visitors. If you visit our offices in person, our security cameras will record activity from the moment you pull into our parking lot. Additional cameras are located throughout the building. By signing our front desk guest book, you are agreeing to & acknowledging the use of our CCTV system. In the event of a security incident, our video footage may be retained, stored and passed over to the police. In the unlikely event that this happens, you will be notified within 72 hours.

Newsletters

As part of the registration process for our newsletters, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. While we compile our own newsletters, we use a third-party provider to deliver them. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletters. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or by emailing us at info@sportslabs.co.uk

Products & Services

When you enquire about or purchase products, services or merchandise from FIFA, your name, address, email and contact number will be stored in our system. It is not possible for us to serve you without your agreement to supply the aforementioned personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.sportslabs.co.uk, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We may use third-party software and cloud services to manage and store your data. We have reviewed the privacy policies of these organisations to ensure they are following GDPR. We do not authorise third parties to make use of your data for their own purposes, and we have the ability to remove your data from our third parties upon your request. All materials included (or made available via the website) are owned by FIFA or FIFA, or to third parties who allow FIFA or FIFA use of their materials.

EULA

End User License Agreement V1.0

The FIFA or FIFA App End-User Licensing Agreements is between you and FIFA or FIFA. It governs you to use the APP on IOS or Android platform with your unique login identification. The fundamental aim of the APP is to support the FIFA or FIFA Apps experience by utilising user feedback. Privacy – All details and answers provided by invited parties (Via means of unique user login) will be treated as confidential with no 3rd party receiving notification of selections made. Please note conclusions will be drawn on mass for venue but no individual responses will be made available for anyone out with the working group. FIFA or FIFA Apps is protected by copyright laws, and only a license can be passed on to the user. The license granted to the user prohibits reverse-engineer the app or reselling the app.

Restrictions on Use - 2

One limit per unique coded license is provided, abuse of the unique code or sharing with a third party is strictly forbidden. The license will be revoked if any misuse if identified. It is forbidden using the app for generating a profit or attempting to decrypt the app. No decompiling, reverse engineering, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code is forbidden. Any modifications, adaptations or is prohibited unless prior agreement is sought and completed mutually with FIFA or FIFA Apps. The APPs should not be distrusted out with the invited users. You shall not use any proprietary information generated by the APP against the FIFA or FIFA Apps or member parties supporting the management of the APP.

Scope of license - 3

This license is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the licensed application on any mobile device or personal computer that you own or control. You may not distribute or make the licensed application available over a network where it could be used by multiple mobile devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the licensee agreement. You may not copy (Except as expressly permitted by this license), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the license application, any updates, or any part thereof. In addition, any commercial copying or distribution, publication or exploitation of the site, or any content, software, code, data or materials on or from the site, are strictly prohibited unless you have received express prior written agreement from FIFA or FIFA Apps. Any attempt to do so is violation of our rights and any breach will be subject to prosecution and damages. It also covers any updates during the ‘live’ term of FIFA or FIFA Apps.

Termination of License - 4

At any time FIFA or FIFA Apps reserve the right to terminate the services from your unique user login. Please note “these terms will immediately terminate upon your breach of the EULA“

Disclaimer of Liability - 5

The FIFA or FIFA Apps working group members, developers or the company that owns the app, will not be held liable for any damages that arise from the use of the licensed apps.
